Sleep Soundly CD: Guitar Music for Insomnia REVIEW

Having a toddler who loves to get up at all hours a night I love this CD. The first night I sat in my rocking chair with my daughter and nursed her back to sleep. I found myself sitting and just listening to the music. It has this whole body relaxing thing it does. The calming music allowed my mind to drift off to a still quiet place. My mind stopped racing.
