This is a nifty little sling. It's one size fits all. I'm plus sized and it fits me. I wear my daughter quite often and this has turned into my go to ring sling. I keep it in my diaper bag so I am never without it when my daughter gets tired of being in her stroller or from walking. The colors are so vibrant and bright. The fabric is soft yet strong. It is 100% cotton not one of those cheap cotton blends or anything. I am able to nurse my toddler while wearing her in the sling which is a HUGE plus. It's easy to use properly. With older children you want to make sure their legs and lower body are in an "M" shape in ensure proper and comfortable body placement. The M position takes pressure off of the child's hips. I was able to achieve this position with my daughter on the first try with this sling. No extra fabric to mess with with. This is a high quality easy to use sling.
