As a single mom it's hard to balance home cooked meals , work and being with my tiny one. This gadget cuts my time in the kitchen in half on spaghetti day. You literally just stick the veggie on and turn the handle. It comes assembled and ready to use. It has 3 different blades that easily pop in and out of the device. The extra blades are stored in compartments under the machine. No worrying about losing them. It's easy to take apart and wash. I give this product an A++++++
